You will receive free shipping for every order with no minimum spend.

All parcels come with tracking.

Can I opt for self collection?

At the moment we do not offer self collection option. However, this might change in the future so do support our business and keep a look out for updates!

How can I track the delivery status of my order?

You can find the tracking number in the shipping update email that has been sent to you previously. It will contain a link where you can get real-time updates of your order.

Can I change my delivery information?

You will not be able to amend your delivery info for an order once your order is placed. However, do drop us an email at hello@teambridesg.com and we will see if we can help with anything!

Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?

Amendments or cancellations can’t be made once your order’s been confirmed and processed.

I received a wrong or defective item, what should I do?

We are so sorry for the mix-up and error!

Please give us a chance to fix this – drop us an email at hello@teambridesg.com within 21 days from the date of delivery with the following information:

Your Order Reference
The product name of the item ordered
The product name of the item you received – if applicable
Description of defects – if applicable

Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible on the next steps to take. In the meantime, please ensure to keep the original packaging to ensure that the item is protected in the case of returns.

Can I exchange/return my item for reasons other than receiving a wrong or defective item?

Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges or returns for other reasons such as change of mind. We seek your kind understanding in this!
